Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell, a guarantee of price or availability, or investment advice. All transactions are subject to mutual KYC, a signed Non-Circumvention/Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA), a formal commercial offer, and a signed Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
Our products and services are intended exclusively for professional and institutional buyers — including LBMA-accredited refiners, DMCC-licensed bullion traders, commodity trading houses, regulated banks, and central bank reserve programmes. If you are not such a buyer, you should not submit an inquiry or attempt to transact with us.
